Payment Policy for Butterfly Threads Boutique
Due to high demand and limited quantities on many of our items, we have cart times that may vary per live sale. Carts can expire anywhere between 20 minutes - 2 hours and you will always be told on the live as well as in the app.
If your cart expires after the time that is set - your items will be put back into inventory for others to purchase.
Please only claim what you love and intend to purchase. Especially sale items and flash sales.
If you excessively dump your carts or allow items to expire, we will be forced to remove your ability to shop as the inventory is limited and other customers' orders are now being held up.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We do NOT guarantee that any order can be canceled. If we catch it before our labels are printed for shipping, we may be able to cancel your order. If a cancellation is approved, it will be for BTB STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you need the order directly refunded to a charge card, then we will charge a 20% fee to cover processing charges, there will be no exception on this. If you processed your order through Sezzle we cannot refund your card directly.
WE DO OFFER SEZZLE!
Sezzle is a third-party company that allows you the option to buy now and pay later at no extra cost to you! Customers are required to pay 25% of an order upfront, the order must be more than $50, and the remaining 75% will be split up between 3 installment payments over a 6-week period. It is interest free and there are no fees unless payments made are late. ** UPDATE: There is no minimum for Sezzle at this time (6/22/2022).

** If for any reason you file a chargeback that was not a direct result of a mistake we could not fix, you will be banned from shopping any longer. If you receive your items and attempt to file a chargeback without returning the items, that is theft, and we will proceed to file action.
