OUR RETURN POLICY

A return MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item via your tracking number (UPS or USPS) and MUST be approved. You can send an email to BTBCUSTOMERHELP@GMAIL.COM or use our Chat-in feature on the app and webstore under “Contact Us”.

Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, & REASON FOR RETURN.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Jewelry, Accessories, Shoes, Under Garments, Sale Items, Mystery Items, Food, Preorders, Electronics, Bathing Suits, Intimate apparel or toys, Discounted Items, Items bought using SITEWIDE coupons, and Makeup are all FINAL SALE.

  • We will NOT accept any returns without prior email approval. If you send us a return without prior approval, we will reach out to you via email. If you are still not approved the item will be returned to you at your own expense of an $8.95 shipping charge.
  • All items approved for return must be unwashed, unworn, free of pet hair, dirt, and smoke. All tags must be attached. If items are returned with traces of any of these issues, we will return them directly to you at your expense of the $8.95 shipping charge.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed before sending a follow-up email. With covid still rampant, we prefer to let items sit for a few days before processing.
  • The cost of shipping returns is the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved via email.
  • All approved returns that meet the criteria will be given a BTB STORE CREDIT ONLY. You will be emailed when your return is processed so make sure your email address on file is up-to-date.
  • We will only approve 3 returns each month. Please chat in or email us if you need help with sizing
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returns outside of these guidelines which include, but are not limited to, an approval after the item is returned to us.
