DID YOU WIN A CREDIT?
YOU MUST CLAIM YOUR PRIZE via chat-in on the app under “contact us” or send an email to btbcustomerhelp@gmail.com to claim your prize within 48 hours of winning. There are no exceptions to this.

Credits will be applied within 24-72 hours after being claimed by the winner.

Please do not use messenger or Facebook posts to claim prizes, they will not be valid.

Tom and Amanda often have awesome prizes on lives. If those prizes come from a third-party company, for example, an IPAD or TV, please allow us 2-4 weeks to get these items to you.

If your win is something in the warehouse, like clothing or accessories, etc. Please allow 24 hours up to 10 days for those items to be shipped to you; in most cases, we will include it with your next paid order.
RAFFLE TICKETS - Every so often we like to give raffle tickets with items ordered. Missing raffle tickets? Please contact btbcustomerhelp@gmail.com or our "CHAT IN" - we will make sure you receive a photo of new tickets and any other tickets claimed would be void.
COUPON CODES: If you win a coupon code – please DO NOT post those to the VIP page. They are ready for use when you receive them. Coupons are generally a one-time use and expire 30 days from the shipping date.
Please do not spam messages, as receiving a prize or giveaway is a kind gesture of BTB and we work our hardest to make sure all prizes are fulfilled in a timely manner.

** BTB reserves the right to remove a winner’s prize if there is an inclination that we are being deceived. Photoshopping raffle tickets, coupons, emails, multiple accounts being used for prizes, etc. will not be tolerated and will result of immediate removal from shopping and group access. We will also not tolerate rude or unkind behavior with our email girl.
