Shipping Policy
Our Shipping is a Flat Rate of Only $8.95 !
You will only pay shipping once within 12 hours. Butterfly Threads Boutique will not issue shipping credits for customers who pay multiple shipping charges even if the packages arrive together.
We ship on Monday & Thursday of every week unless there is a holiday, or special circumstances within the warehouse, like delivery of a pre-order or short staff. You will be emailed tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.
For all pre-orders we ask 21-28 business days for us to recieve it, and get it out to you! If we have any updates about shipping please follow our VIP Group on facebook, or utilize our chat in feature for any questions! (btbfam.com)
You can email btbcustomerhelp@gmail.com or use our "CHAT IN" to request your tracking number. Orders will not be canceled after labels are printed.
Any orders canceled prior to labels being printed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- On the 1st of the month, we offer Free Shipping Club for ONLY $29!
- This includes free shipping to your home address for the whole month in which you purchased.
- You may NOT use store credit or coupon codes to purchase the shipping club, those orders will be canceled.
- If you purchase after the 1st there will be no retroactive start. It begins the day it is purchased.
- Shipping Club is NOT to be used to ship to multiple different addresses each month. We will request an $8.95 shipping charge in your cart to send the items to an alternate address.
MISSING ITEMS ? Please contact us on "CHAT IN" or send an email directly to btbcustomerhelp@gmail.com. Please include the order # and item(s) you are missing. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner but ask for patience as it is our protocol to review all warehouse cameras associated with your order.
MISSING YOUR WHOLE PACKAGE?
United State Postal Service (USPS) If you receive tracking confirming the delivery of your package but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS. If your order was shipping priority, there is insurance on that package and USPS should be able to resolve this for you but please be patient. Damaged package? Please file a claim (including photos) with USPS.
United Parcel Service of America (UPS) If a package goes missing while in transit or is damaged in transit, Butterfly Threads Boutique will file the claim on your behalf. The customer is not able to file a claim with UPS, per their company policy. Please reach out to us via btbcustomerhelp@gmail.com or "CHAT IN" and we will assist you.
Please be patient in both situations and understand that Butterfly Threads Boutique cannot be held responsible once the package is out of our hands, but we will help resolve the issue as fast as possible.
